Edit portrait information such as names, grades, teachers, and custom data directly in the portrait library. Changes to portrait data update on the page only once you reflow affected sections.
Editing in the Portrait Library
The portrait library offers two convenient views for editing:
- Grid view: Select individual portraits to view the associated data in the preview panel. Edit data in the preview panel when you select a portrait.
- List view: Overview data alongside a thumbnail of the portrait in a scrollable list. Edit data directly in the fields on the list.
Changes save automatically to the portrait library but are not applied to pages until you reflow.
Editing from Flowed Portraits
To edit portrait data while on a page, right-click any portrait and choose Find My Image. This opens the portrait in the library preview panel where you can correct names, grades, or other information.
Always make edits in the portrait library, not directly on the page. Page edits will be lost if you reflow that section. After editing portrait data, you must reflow the affected portraits to update the pages with the corrected information.
Filtering and Searching
Use the filters and search fields in the portrait library to search for a student or identify specific groups (e.g., teacher or grade).
