Why Create Proofs
Portrait proofs provide a tangible way to verify the accuracy of portraits, names, and data before finalizing your portrait pages. Teachers, advisers, or students can review the images and names in organized proof sheets and flag any corrections needed.
Processing and Download
After you click Create Proofs, eDesign sends a request to the server to generate your files. This process takes several minutes depending on portrait count and image sizes. When complete, a ZIP file automatically downloads containing a separate PDF for each group, ready for printing or electronic distribution.
💡 TIP: Grouping proofs by teacher makes it easy to send class-specific sheets to teachers for class review. Proofs grouped by grade work well for grade-level reviews.
