List View makes image previews smaller and puts the information about each image up front. You can see topics, name tags, notes, and photographer for many images at once.

1. In the Library, click the List View icon (a set of horizontal lines) in the upper right.
2. Scroll to review topics, name tags, notes, and photographer for each image.
3. If an image has a lot of information, click Show More or Show Less. Selecting an image also expands it.
4. To tag several images at once, hold down the Command key and select them, then apply topics or notes.

Note: When more than one image is selected, the Names panel dims. Names can only be applied to one image at a time.
