Three tag types: Topics, Notes, and Names
- Topic Tags come from the topic list created by advisers and editors. All staff should use this same list for consistent organization. You should always tag every image with at least one topic so it’s easy for everyone to find what they need.
- Note Tags store additional information about a specific photo (e.g., the game it was taken at or a quote). They are for adding context and making notes-to-self, not organizing your library.
- Name Tags identify people in photos by tagging images with names from your name list.
