Finding and Changing Colors

Checking if a Color is in your Palette

To see if a color is in your palette:

1. Select an object with the color 
2. Click the Fill or Stroke panel (whichever uses the color) 
3. If no swatch square is highlighted, the color is outside your palette (selected by advisers and editors in settings)

Replacing Object Colors on a Template

To replace the fill or stroke color of multiple objects on a template:

1. Select one object with the unwanted color
2. Go to Edit → Select Shapes with Same → choose Fill Color or Stroke Color.
3. All objects on the page with that same color are selected.
4. Click the color to replace it with — the new color is applied to all selected objects.
5. Repeat as needed — ensure you replace the color from both fill and stroke, if applicable.
